That said, I don't think there is a 32-bit version of HP-UX 11.23 at all.
After a quick glance to the HP-UX support matrix, I think all systems capable of running 11.23 are also all 64-bit systems.
A 64-bit version of HP-UX OS can also run 32-bit HP-UX software, but not vice versa.

Right, all Integrity systems are 64 bit.
11.11 did support a few 32 bit systems.
