I/O SAN performance check

Hi all,

This is my environment:

Server HPUX 11.23 V2 with Oracle 10.2.0.4

Storage Hitaci 9990

Switch Brocade

The customer complain about Oracle database performance .

I have already check performance on Storage/Brocade and all seems fine. Now I would like to check I/O utilization on the server. (CPU/MEM are OK)

With sar and glance i found out sometimes avque/avwait abnormal value, but happen with random behavior.

I need to be sure that system is correctly configured. For example filesystem configuration, kernel parameter and patch.

Do you have any suggestion to investigate on Operating System side ?
