Inquiry failed in syslog (Only for IBM DS storage)

Hi All,
we have received error entry in syslog stated that inquiry failed to 2 paths of IBM DS disks.

Aug 5 00:12:12 fcdbdrc2 vmunix: 0/0/8/1/0/4/0: Inquiry failed on FCP device with device id 0x351e02
Aug 5 00:12:12 fcdbdrc2 vmunix: 1/0/6/1/0/4/0: Inquiry failed on FCP device with device id 0x9c1e02

it kept repeating for almost every hour.
but if i check FC health through fcmsutil command, the result was ONLINE... and the disks are not missing
So badly need help guys..

what hpux version??
what DS disk model?

HPUX version is 11.23
DS model is DS8000
