Low Level Format of a C110 with HP-UX 10.20

I have an HP C110 that is running HP-UX 10.20 with a Jamacia Disk Array attached. I need to do a low level format on the hard drives so that it can be donated to a local school. What is the easiest way to accomplish this?

The drives in the jamaica array are encased. Is there an easy way to do these?

Best way to go in my opinioin is a full OS install.

That if it includes all drives fully erases all data.

If not that, mediainit

There are some gnu utilities for it. Check them. Search on google.
