Hello all,
i just installed RedHat4 U4 on a nice rx7620 with no Smart Array. I discovered (sigh...) that no raid is possible for EFI partition (root and swap has been correctly mirrored using md devices).
I was not able to find any document to mirror or, best, duplicate, the EFI partition on the second disk.
Is there any document discussing this task?
Any help?
Thanks in advance
RV

Re: Mirroring EFI partition
Note that the EFI partition's filesystem is "100% vfat compatible". So any tools and methods that work on the VFAT filesystem should be applicable.
(Disclaimer: I don't have any EFI-bootable Linux systems yet... just HP-UX so far.)
