Modify Raid 6 Volume to Raid 5 w/ spare

I'm looking to use hpacucli to modify an existing raid volume. I would like to convert raid 6 to raid 5 with a spare w/o blowing away the volume (hoping for no data loss :) ).

I have successfully modified raid 6 to 5 using: ctrl slot=# array A modify raid=5
But I can't remove a physical disk from this array nor convert one disk to a spare.
