Hello,

I have problems installing the hp msl1500cs library on Red Hat Enterprise 5. I dont know whats going on

I install the qlogic drivers and hpmsh. After do this, i can see the San Array and all their disks. Next i configure the array with ACU utility.

Finally i try to access to logical disk (/dev/sda for example) and i can't

When i try to format this i get the following error:

This filesystem will be automatically checked every 22 mounts or

When i reboot the server i get this :

Shalom,

RH 5 has been around less than three months. Is it certified with the drivers you are using?

Never stray off the certification matrix with HP hardware.

What might have happened however is the OS has detected dual paths to your disk, which may be something you can ignore.

I found the solution, At the Database forum told me :

In ACU, go to Selective Storage Presentation, click enable, then set the host profile to the appropriate OS.

Its resolved !!!

Thanks !!!!
