Need Correct BigFix Download URL

Does any have the correct URL for BigFix to downlaod patches using prefetch?

This is the prefetch and URL that BigFix  is using - it failes - see error below:

prefetch QPK1131_B.11.31.1709.431.depot sha1:77d7b20ea6c8cd9f1d320c60e4f689feeb8a27b8 size:2371706880 "

wait swinstall -x autoreboot=true -x patch_match_target=true -s "{(client folder of current site as string) & "/__Download/QPK1131_B.11.31.1709.431.depot"}"

Re: Need Correct BigFix Download URL

Do you have the HPUX download plugin configured on the BigFix root server?

The best place to get BigFix Patch help is here: https://forum.bigfix.com/c/usage-and-config/patch

There is information to file an official support request with IBM here: https://forum.bigfix.com/t/how-to-ask-for-ibm-product-help-pmrs-rfes-and-more/12292

This sounds like there may be something wrong with the content, but I am not an HPUX expert. I would recommend creating a forum post and putting `@jgstew` in the post so that I see it, as well as file a PMR with IBM.

Re: Need Correct BigFix Download URL

That may be the correct URL but require that the HPUX Download Plugin is setup and configured on the root server so that it can use credentials to get the data from that URL that is otherwise behind authentication.

The error message:

Is expected if not authenticated when accessing that URL directly.
