Re: Problem with notification in EMS

Hi,

are you sure that you do not have a problem with the power?

How did you check it?

Have you had a problem with the power before?

What kind of enclosure do you have on that path? DS2300?

Re: Problem with notification in EMS

I have seen a case where the condition causing the event occurred (loss of one of the power supplied), but the event was still generated after the power supply was restored. However, for some reason, disconnecting and reconnecting the power supply in question cleared the problem.

If you don't want to do this, or it doesn't work, I'd recommend opening a call with HP support as it looks as though it could be a problem with the OnlineDiags, assuming that there isn't really a problem with the power supply.

I would recommend upgrading the OnlineDiags first, however, as you have an old version installed. You have B.40.00, and the current version is C.46.05. Once that is installed, you should also apply PHSS_32923 to get the latest fixes.
