ssh and sudo responding very slow on the system

Hi,
When I try to do ssh to machine from citrix desktop, its taking long time to display passwd prompt. And after login, when I try to do sudo, its also responding slow. However ssh from other machine to this is working fine.

Attached is the o/p of tusc run on "sudo su -" command

If you are going to use tusc on a process tree, please use -fp and -ea.

I only see a few reads for utmpx and none for wtmpx.
