System can not reboot or reinstall - root FS system fullfsck flag set

9000/800/rp3440 with bundle B.11.31.0709 can not reboot and it even could NOT bring up "Run a Recovery shell" windows.

1) System can not reboot.
2) ISL prompt comes out, but "hpux -lm" can not bring up #
3) Booting from Core OS DVD get "IPL error: bad LIF magic." and could not bring up "Run a Recovery shell" windows.

I'm very new to HP-UX, please leave detailed instruction. It is a lab host, and a method of fresh installation will be okay.

The problem got fixed. What happened was that I put an old media in DVD-ROM and the server rejects a couple years old medias.
