Terminal is disabled -- see Account Administrator
Hi,
I tried logging to my HP-UX using an existing ID and due to the wrong password, I got the ID and terminal locked.
Whenever I log in with any ID, it says Terminal is disabled -- see Account Administrator
How do I unlock the terminal in order to unlock the ID?
Appreciate your assistance.

Though instead of selecting the modem port, as this thread says, you will need to find the terminal port that you have locked.

1) Login as root
2) Run SAM (System Administration Manager)
3) Select "Peripheral Devices"
4) Select "Terminals and Modems"
5) Highlight the terminal that is locking you out
6) Select "Action" on the top menu and select "Unlock Terminal".
