vPars 6.x will never be supported on PA-RISC - it's an Integrity only technology. You can determine what version of vPars you should be running on your rp7420 (as well as all the other requirements) from this document here:

Simple rule of course is vPars 3.x for HP-UX11.11, 4.x for 11.23 and 5.x for 11.31
