3COM 3CDSG8 - HP V1900-8G - Power lights on, nothing happens.

Hello everyone.

I have 3 3COM 3CDSG8 Officeconnect management switches. One was used for a long time, while 2nd was only used for few monts, third was never used and was always in original box.

All 3 switches were tested and were working.

What happens now is that when i power on switches only the power LED turnes on and nothing else happens. When i turn off the switch power LED slowly fades away (it means that switch is drawing no current). This happens on all 3 switches, with 4 different original 3com adapters, one that was even not used and it was in a box.

Any ideas how to fix this issue ?

Hi,

you probably need to refer to the support and try a warranty replacement for the switches that you have used and DoA (defective on arrival) for the switch that was never used.
