Hello!

Sorry for my bad english.

 

I have hp 1910-8-poe+ switch ans wi-fi access point. I connect access point to my hp switch, but power led not blink, power off. Access point is powered by 4,5(+) and 7,8(-) pairs and she not work.

 

I see manual for hp 1910 switches series. Manual written "A PSE can supply power to a PD only when the selected power supply mode is supported by both the PSE and PD. If the PSE and PD support different power supply modes (for example, the PSE does not support power over spare wires, while the PD supports power over spare wires), you have to change the order of the lines in the twisted pair cable to supply power to the PD."

 

I can corretly connect my access point to hp 1910, everything to work?
