HP 1920 + 1950: ~MLAG with stacked devices

Well, as you can see here,HP 1950 supports MLAG, which is great.

For 1920, this is clearly not MLAG, but you get kind of redundancy with two stacked HP 1920 switches. What do you think about this setup?

Btw, did any try a IRF ring topology with more than 2 HP 1920 devices?

There is NO support of IRF (IRF is not equal to "Management" Stack) on HPE OfficeConnect 1920 (the 1920 has "Management" Stack indeed); OTOH IRF is available on HPE OfficeConnect 1950 (and - that's hilarious - exactly on 1950 its IRF feature is ironically called Stack on documentation...go figure!).

Yeah, as he said, that isn't "stacking", it's just an administratiove cluster, and gives you no redundancy.
