i can't edit address ip managment

Hello

I have new switch switch HP 1820 24G j9980A with default paramter 192.168.1.1

So i want to edit  managemnt to 10.69.1.100 with  vlan mangament 169 with same switch HP 1820 24G j9980A

the problem , i can't edit address ip managment , i try more test but i can't edit to new ip addres ip

when i edit and i save the interface is close .....

so what is the solution that i can edit and i wait answer ASAB
