procurve 1800-24g j9028b
have a few dead ports 3,4,7 did factory reset and a reboot firmware is 3.10 will not connect on these ports.wanted to know if there's something simple to check or does it to be replaced. suppose to still be under warranty

Hi,
Do you still have the issue? hope you have tried checking the following.
1) port enabled or disabled
2) LED status of the ports
3) swapping the cable from working port to these ports
4) speed/duplex mismatch
If still the same issue, may have to log a case with HPE support team.
