BL465c Speed/Duplex issue

Hello,

I am trying to set a nic on a bl465c to 100FD. I only see the option to change this setting in the hp ncu but it is grayed out. The switch that this server connects to is set at 100FD. Anyone have any idea why this is happening? The OS is Windows Server 2003.

This is off the top of my head, so I could be way off base here, but I recall the Ethernet Pass Through Modules on the c-Class Blade Chassis ONLY do Gig. They will not do 100.

However if you use the HP/Cisco Mini Switch instead, it will do whatever you like.

I ran into this same problem on some Dell 1955 Blades and had to wire them into Gig instead of 100.
