Blue Screen on Shutdown...
All,
I have a pair of Proliant DL380 G5 servers w, 16GB of RAM and a pair of emulex HBAs. The two servers are running a SQL cluster. On shutdown I blue screen. The error is:
Stop: 0x0000007E (0x00000005, 0x80888D615, 0xF7906C08, 0xF7906904)
This is a new install of Windows 2003 Enterprise R2.
Any thoughts?
-CM

Re: Blue Screen on Shutdown...
You probably have installed the PSP 7.80 nic drivers (v3.0.5)
Please downgrade the nic drivers as this is a known issue with these 3.0.5 drivers.
Regards,
Arian!

Re: Blue Screen on Shutdown...
Thanks! I did in fact have the 7.80 NIC drivers installed. You try to stay a head of the game by installing the latest stuff and in this case it bit me in the butt. I reverted back to the 7.70 NIC drivers and life was good.
Thanks Again.
