cpqasm2-service not started

I'm trying to install the Dutch version of MS SBS 2003 on a Proliant ML350 G4p. I only installed the Win 2003 Server part so far and the Proliant Support Pack 7.40B.
I get an error in the system manager on the "HP Proliant iLO Advanced Systems Management Controller": it says that the driver can not be loaded. I tried different versions of the driver, up to 5.39.0.0.
I also have some associated services that want start. The first one is the cpqasm2-service. It says it can't find the file, but the file is in the system32 directory.
Apparently, I'm the only one in the world who has this problem since I can't find ANY information about it on the internet. I installed several ML350 G4 servers, but this is my first one with an iLO. Am I overlooking something ? Any help would be greatly appreaciated.

What happens, specifically, when you attempt to start the service manually? What does the service audit log say?

Do you have last ILO firmware installed?

Also, can you test it with English version of windows 2003 server? (Yes, I know it is many work for you....)

I don't know how to start the service manualy since it's not in the list of services ? Am I looking in the wrong spot ?
Yes, I'm running the latest iLO firmware (1.82). I just started reinstalling the server with the English SBS 2003 to check if this is working.

installed services are listed in start>control panel>administrative tools>services. You'll want to sort by name, status, or startup type.

That's what I mean: the service I get a report from it wasn't started (cpqasm2) is not in the list, neither is the "HP Proliant Management Interface Driver" service that depends on the cpqasm2 and also reports an error. I checked all service that are set to automatic and of the 4 services that are not started, I only find 2 in the list.
Meanwhile I'm installing the English version. I will post an update soon.

Thanks for your effort Alan. I allready found these documents but they do not describe what I'm experiencing.
I installed an English version of SBS2003 without a problem just minutes ago. The strange thing is that the "HP Proliant iLO Advanced System Management Controller" is no longer appearing in the "System devices" section of the Computer Management window. It was there with a yellow exclamtion sign in the Dutch version. Any idea what this device could be ?
I hope my second attempt with the Dutch version goes as well as this English one.

That would indicate to me that the dutch version doesn't have a usable driver that the english version does. You may want to post this question over at the microsoft.public.ductch.sbs03 newsgroup (I'm not sure what the exact name is, but I think you get the format).

I have "HP Proliant iLO Advanced System Management Controller" under the "system devices" on all our Proliants with ILO.
(but we only use English version of windows).
I think your issues related to Dutch windows version.
In addition to Alan suggestion you can contact HP Belgium

Most likely they have this issue described in HP knowledge base.
