Disk array increase in Netraid-2M is not showed in windows 2003 64bits (itanium)
I have a RX2600 using netraid-2m. I have an a disk array 3x36Gb RAID5. The space must be increased then I added another 36Gb disk. After the reconstruction process had finish the operating system doesn't show the increased size.
Using the netraid utility the logical volume is about 10417Mb (4x36Gb RAID5) but the disk manager of windows 2003 show a logical volume of 64Gb.
I have rebooted the machine, rescan disk and nothing work.
What can I do to solve this problem?

Hi,
you just tried to rebuild the raid set? I may be wrong, but I think, you will have to backup the data, create a new raid set with the four disks and the restore the data.
greetings,
Michael

Re: Disk array increase in Netraid-2M is not showed in windows 2003 64bits (itanium)
hello!
I don't want to destroy and recovery from a backup. It is weird that MS Windows 2003 doesn't see the new extended partition. I have done this in machines with NT and MS Windows 2000 and I don't understand why don't work with this machine.
I have attached 2 pictures. Please see that in the disk manager is missing the new free space avalible for disk 1 (e:).
