You don't... no driver made for Windows server 2003.

This is often the case for printers who are so-called "Host based" or "GDI".

These printers do not have a built in printer language processing like PCL or PostScript and are fully dependant on the host generating all the pixels for the printout.

Therefore the drivers are quite CPU-intensive and large (54MB) since in reality they are a full printer rendering program.

Designing a printer this way where the PC does a lot of the processing enables lower cost. Target market is as personal printers directly connected to a PC (drivers for Vista, XP etc exist). But for servers this CPU useage is not ideal, and the market also very small. So the investment in making a driver for Windows Server 2003 has not been done for this printer.

If you are not going to print _directly_ from Windows 2003 but rather from a client _via_ the Windows 2003 server it may still be solvable:
1) Install a generic Laserjet driver on the Windows 2003 server. Which one is not important since it will only be used for transport of the finished printout from the client.
2) On the client install the full driver and select in the printing options to spool the print to disk before sending it, and NOT to use EMF (enhanced metafile) format (since this requires the server to have the same driver as well). That way the client will fully "render" the printout before sending it off to the Windows Server. The Windows Server 2003 will then just transport the finished rendering out to the printer.

If you want a printer that you can print to directly from both servers and clients go for a printer that has PCL or PostScript and a network card included. The cost of such printers may be just $50 more than a comparative "Host based"/"GDI" printer, but much simpler to setup/use in a Windows network.

P.S. Selecting any of the printer models listed under "Supported printers" for the UPD driver (Universal Printer Driver) is a safe choice for a printer that you want to use over the network:
