Exchange 2003 disclaimer
Hi!
Do anyone knows how to add a disclaimer in Exchange 2003? I already tested Microsoft Tech Articles but failed.
Regards,
LAT

Re: Exchange 2003 disclaimer
Try using GFI Mail Essentials.
The disclaimer function will work after trial expires (30 days by default, 60 if request eval) and is free to use. It will add plain text and HTML formatted disclaimer and can be set for whole domain or a particular user group. Freeware only allows one disclaimer and user/group I think, but should do the job.
The other functions will stop working after this date, unless you purchase a license.
I've used the product and found it works especially well (Spam blocking in particular) and no, I don't work for GFI..
