H C5713A error messages
Hi,
we are using an HD DDS-4 (C 5713A) autoloader and have problems attaching the tapes.
Using hp_ltt under SuSe Linux we get the following error message:
Byte2 0x2 SenseCode 0x3a SenseQual 0x0
There is no documentation showing what this kind of error message means.
Any help out there.
Regards, Sascha

Re: H C5713A error messages
I think it's the SCSI sense key codes it's trying to give you.
See (adobe file):

Probably means the drive needs replacing.
