How to recover forgotten administrative password for Windows 2003 Server

Hi,

I know this is not the right place for this
problem but still i am posting in the hope if
i get the solution.

We have one primary domain server running on
Windows 2003 Enterprise server. Now our
helpdesk have forget the administrative
password ( no other users are there).

Now can anyone tell me how to recover or null
the administrative password.If yes, please
provide me the details procedure.

Tapas,

I now use Winternals Administrators PAK for such things, but before that I used (sometimes I still do use) a free tool from Crofts Software called "CS User Admin Tools.exe". It is pretty powerful and if you are an admin, you can reset the local admin password on any box in the domain or all of them if you want.
