Re: HP Laserjet MFP on terminal server

The MFP is on a network, I don't use it for fax and I want the document on the screen not by email. But it could be interesting if you give me the information for ship the document by email.

Re: HP Laserjet MFP on terminal server

Tip on getting help in hp Forum apply you're points, there situated next to every message in this thread, next to date and time has UNASSIGNED.

You need a exchange server,do you have one?if not no problem.

Re: HP Laserjet MFP on terminal server

For the points you give you're point in every message in this thread, there next to every messages has UNASSIGNED,it is not only one time you apply you're points in a thread,it every time someone respond to you're tread.

In the MFP printer under the tab SETTING/E-MAIL SERVER,enable outgoing e-mail,and just enter you're SMTP server, not pop(if the pop server is the same has SMTP,then it ok)once you apply this then every scan you will do will be sent to you're meial you enter.
You can do a e-mail addresse for the ones you send alot, may be you're for exemple.

Hope this helps!
