INACCESIBLE BOOT DEVICE DL360 G4P

i´m installing a W2k in a Proliant DL360 G4P by ILO sistem.

I have HP Smart Array 6i with 2 disk in mirror. I download from hp website, the cp007096.exe driver to Smart Array 6i / W2k.

When i start to install and add the driver with F6, in the page of start windows 2000, i have a blue screen of death with "STOP 0X0000007B. INACCESIBLE BOOT DEVICE"

Have you tried install the server using the SmartStart CD?

Yes. I download the 7.70.0 Smart Start. I follow all the steps; when finish "preparing drive for operating system installation..." the system reboot and say "NTLDR is missing".

Is your operating system type correctly specified in the BIOS?

Ensure that your BIOS microcode version is the latest and also you smartarray firmware version.

i think that my problem, is a old versión of W2K. I´m trying now with a Microsoft Licensing from September of 2003, and I pass the first problem.

Now the system recognize the Disk. After format the Disk, when start the copy of files, appears a page with "insert 6x smart array drivers" I´m installing with ILO and the floppy unit is mounted, but i can´t continue.

it´s ok. With last versión of smart start and a W2K cd without problems, the instalation is ok.
