LTO Autoloader not working with BE 9.1 on new DL380G5

I have the LSI u320 HBA installed and only an HP 1/8 Autoloader using 200/400 gig tapes installed on this box. When using the HP drivers, the autoloader doesnt appear in BE, when using the Veritas drivers, it wont start, it has a yellow exclamation in dev man. Also, we are getting Event ID 11 from source BENCHMRK every few seconds... Its Win2003 Std Server SP1. Any ideas?
