ovw icon wont launch on 7.51 desktop

i have just upgraded from NNM 7.50 to 7.51 under windows 2003 server sp1. SInce monday i havent been able to launch the ovw icon from the servers desktop. Rmeote console access to this server works fine. How can i rectify this so i can MSTSC remote into my HP OV NNM 7.51 server and launch an ovw session. The error i get is HP OV out of memory after the splash screen shows "Opening Map" This only happens with a launch an icon from the desktop or from a dos prompt. I need this to work
