Problems migrating DNS server from W2K to W2K3

Hi all:

I recently migrated the whole domain from a W2k server (SVR1) to a W2K3 R2 (SVR2) following all the steps mentioned in a lot of forums.

-Joined SVR2 as another DC with dcpromo

-Assigned the 5 FSMO to SVR2 and stablished as the Global Catalog

-Degraded SVR1 with dcpromo

Still i'm having a lot of troubles with SVR2 and getting back SVR1 is not an option since it died a few days after all this.

I solved already some of them but i still:

-can't log in SVR2 through Remote Desktop (Can't stablish connection)

-dcdiag is failing at many tests:

*Advertising Test: DsGetDcName (SVR2) call failed, error 1355. The Locator could not find the server.

*A Global Catalog Server could not be located - All GC's are down.

*A Time Server could not be located.

*The server holding the PDC role is down.

*A Good Time Server could not be located

*A KDC could not be located - All the KDC's are down.

-netdiag is also throwing failures:

*Domain membership test failed: This system volume has not been completely replicated to the local

machine. This machine is not working properly as a DC.

*DC discovery test failed: Cannot find DC in domain 'X'

*DC List test failed: 'X': Cannot find DC to get DC List from [test skipped].

*LDAP test failed: Cannot find DC to run LDAP test on.

I tryed already setting BurFlags to D4 in "HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\Ntfrs\Parameters\Backup/Restore\Process at Startup",  running Dcgpofix, dcdiag /fix, netdiag /fix, but nothing seems to work.
