Upgrade to windows 2003 64 bit

We have a server : hp proliat dl 360 g5 rec with windows server 2003 32 bit - now we check how to upgrade to 64 bit.
Do we neet to by a new operating system fo 64 bit or we can use our disk to instal 64 bit.

you can install 64-bit OS in G5 server.

Should I buy a new operating system for 64 Bit or I can use the same disk I have install the 32 bit.

You need to purchase the 64 bit OS in any event. You can install in the same disk or divide the disk that is a choice.

There is almost no reason to run both OS' at the same time. Almost everything you can do on the 32 bit OS will run fine on a 64 bit OS
