W2K3 SP1 breaks HP Array Configuration Utility application

After installing SP1 on DL580 G2 (build with SmartStart 7.10) HP Array Configuration Utility stopped working in Local application mode. Remote Service mode works fine through System management.

Server was clean install, with all patches prior SP1.

Any ideas?

I'd be inclined to try PSP 7.20, or other newer items found here:
