Win 2003 HDD from storage not visible

We have win 2003 server to which we had presend ted a lun from storage EVA 4k , 400GB , but sudenly it has disappeared .

We are not able to see H: drive for that windows host now.

 

 

The driver detected a controller error on \Device\RaidPort0
 

 

No Zoning changes have been done.

We have changed San port.

All is fine now .
