Windows 2003 recovery console blue screen

Hi,

i am having and issue once I added a new controller 6i to our unattended build.
Building a server on a G4 servers with 6i is fine but when you try starting recovery console you get a blue screen of death.
I knew that this is a Microsoft issue just trying to see if anybody has this issue also and what they did to solve it.
Since recovery console uses the I386 files from the install CD and these files does not contains tye new controller driver (cpqicssm, cpqarray2, etc) any new drivers realeased by the vendor after Windows 2003.
I was told to go thrue F6 during recovery console with the vendor Drivers and OEM on a floppy That works fine but not feasible solution for us since we added about 5 new drivers for each OS 2000, 2003.
I knew if you copy the driver to the CMDCONS directory and modifie the TEXTSETUP.SIF that would work fine but I new of few entries that I could find on the TEXTSETUP.OEM provided by compaq for each of the drivers I am trying to add the only ones i could not find are example:
[SourceDisksFiles]
(Specially this entries for CPQCSSIM and CPQARRAY)
cpqcissm.cat = 3,,,,,,_x,4,1
cpqcissm.dll = 3,,,,,,_x,4,1
cpqcissm.inf = 3,,,,,,_x,4,1
cpqcissm.sys = 3,,,,,,_x,4,1

[HardwareIdsDatabase]
PCI\VEN_0E11&DEV_B178 = "cpqcissm"

[SCSI.Load]
cpqcissm = cpqcissm.sys,4

[SCSI]
cpqcissm = "Smart Array 5i, 532, 5312 Controllers"

Since I could find these info on the TEXTSETUP.OEM provided by the Vendor with the Driver what the best place to find the
[SourceDisksFiles] section of any specific driver

Thank you very much for your help in advance
