Carepacks

Hi,

For internal administration I need to obtain a list of all HP devices of my company with the carepack and expiration date.

I called HP and I've only got an endless list of phone numbers.

Does anyone know how to get the information?

If you have an account manager perhaps they can assist you.

You could grab the serial number of all your devices and then check each serial number on h20564.www2.hp.com/portal/site/hpsc/public/wc/home

Perhaps HP SIM can also help with this?
