Change my account mail address

how can I change my mail address for my HPE Passport, Support Center etc. ?

Unfortunately I can't change the mail address there. The input field is greyed out

I think it's clearly not a bug it's just intended like that, but the problem is that we have a person from our IT department who will live the company and it's his email that is used for the HP account and we have all our server declared in this account, why are you blocking things like that it's so stupid to see thngs like that for such a big company. What a shame we will lose all our support just because you are blocking the possibility to change the email address from an account.
