HP Helpdesk support
I was searching for HP support help for a cutomer this afternoon, from Switzerland. I tryied with helpdesk line 0800804470 then Technical Helpdesk. Never heard a so unpolite person, she was crying at me because we were not able to find product ID quickly. After a few minutes I asked the girl so stop crying at me, she sayd she was not crying. Then we found the product ID and I asked the girl to calm down, but no way. Then I asked her name and she just closed the call, shouting 'have a nice day'. Dont believe HP can afford a so poor helpdesk. I will do my best to write to HP headquarters and complain about their Swiss subsidiary.
