SBW Configuration/Quoter cannot start

Hello, 

When I want to start SBW Configurator or Quoter I get this exception:

The Pricing Server cannot be started properly because - The server threw and exception. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80010105 (RPC_E_SERVERFAULT)).

SBW Update Manager works without any issue.

Does anybody know how to fix this?

I uninstalled it, installed it again and it's working.
