Superb warranty service from HP

The point stick on my nc6400 failed (the machine is still in warranty).

I submitted an online request with Support Case Manager yesterday afternoon (2:35pm).

Fifteen minutes later (wow!), someone from the call centre in India telephones to check a few details. He said he'd get a new keyboard sent out to me.

At 12:11pm today, the replacement keyboard arrived by UPS from The Netherlands. (Wow!) A check of the parcel tracking revealed that it actually went via Germany.

I fitted it (a five minute job) and the laptop is now fully functional.

This is all very impressive - less than 22 hours from filing the request to receiving the parts and having the problem solved. Full credit to HP for their amazing service.
