Why can i not get support for HP REMA!

So all i need is some one from the HP REMA support to call me back! I have called the number a couple of dozen times know and still have not had anyone answer the phone or call me back. Hope someone who can actually help me my issuse is with installing HP REMA and not being able to get past the registration portion of the install beccause the application can not contact it's server. Anyone else have the issue please let me know if there is a solution.
