SAP HANA on HCI

Would appreciate if you could help confirm on the below points:

1) How well are SAP HANA workloads for HCI platform ?

2) How is it better in terms of TCO, Performance, Business Continuity, Availability, in meeting SLA's with respect to Traditional TDI models ?

3) What are +ves & -ves of HCI for SAP Workload ?
