ESL 9000 series library - 12: 1406 error

HI,

We are using ESL 9000 series library with Dataprotector 5.1 on windows server.
From past two days i am unable to run backup 2 of the 4 drives.
I am getting error ( 90: 54 ) cannot open device.
When i am trying to check the scsi address and wants to change then i am getting 12: 1406 error ( unable to find the device ). what might be the problem.
Please help me for troubleshooting this problem.
