Good day
Have anybody perhaps had this problem before?
StoreOnce 5500 - 3 x catalyst stores failed to start
Space
Total: 341.8 TB
Free: 189.2 TB
Used: 152.6 TB
Status: Segments Space Over, Mounted
Have also updated firmware to 3.18.18-1945.1 but are unable to update components due to the below error when trying to update components through cli and GUI (GUI just keeps on saying updating but nothing happens). CLI gives below error when trying component firmware updates.
Error: StoreOnce Subsystem is not in a valid state
Help will be appreciated

SolutionIt could be different reasons for stores to failt to start and a log analysis it is the best way to move forward. Usually is a bad integrity flag that is created by the system due to some file system inconsistency. To analyze and remove the flag you will need the HPE support help.
I suggest to create a support case for this issue.
