MeasureWare: perflbd ERROR

I have a V2500 running MeasureWare, along
with the PerfView software. I can connect up
to all of my other MeasureWare clients through
PerfView, except for the one located on the
same system. When I try to connect to it.
It times out, complaining about the perflbd.
When I look in the perflbd log file, I see the
following error:

Error 0x2e - Qualifier 0x16c9a016: rpc_shutdown() call failed. (MWA210-46)

What does this mean????
