error while adding device to inventory in hpe greenlake

After purchasing the key, tried to add the devices to the inventory in HPE Greenlake.
At the end of adding the device, it's showing like this.
" Device(s) with Serial Number: **confidential info erased** not found ".

anyone, please help me to get rid of this issue.

Error typically means serial number that you trying to add is unable to query in db.

Is there any other device that you facing the same issue? Pls provide us with an error screenshot.

Are you trying to add a bundle serial number?
