StoreEasy 1470 Gen 11 fans running at 81% all the time

I have a customer who installed a new Gen 11 storeeasy 1470 server the server posts with no errors but the fan noise is terrible from the ILO I can see the fans are reporting as healthy and reduntand But they are running at 79% to 81% continously Had the same issue with a ML110 gen 11 that was doing the same customer returned it  ?

Hello,

Update the server's BIOS and the iLO's firmware and see it it helps.
