Hi,
does anybody knows what the event
Type: No PMKID in association request
Description: No PMKID found in association request sent by client (mac='12:34:56:78:9A:BC') on interface (value='r1v1')
means? I'm getting this event on the MSM760 controller in every 802.1x authentication process.
Regards, Leonardo

Re: MSM760: No PMKID in association request
Hi Johnatan,
I'm using IMC as RADIUS server to access Active Directory credentials of the users, access policy is configured as EAP-PEAP authentication.

SolutionHi Leonardo
This is a client-specific thing. It doesn't prevent authentication, it affects roaming. See https://h20565.www2.hp.com/hpsc/doc/public/display?sp4ts.oid=4273525&docId=mmr_kc-0125356&docLocale=en_US for details.
For your authentication problems, unless you already did, please contact support.

Re: MSM760: No PMKID in association request
Hi,
I think I found the document on HPE website. The title is HP MSM Wireless Products - Log Message "No PMKID found in association request" and I found it by searching for the docId from the URL on HPE support.
Hope it helps.
