netserver e 800

my netserver e 800 has stoped booting up, i have added no no software or hardware but when i try to boot the server it compleates the post but does not boot nt4 just stits with a flashing promt in the top left of the screen.
this server is used for the company intranet running NT4

Maybe the disk don't work, do you see it when the controller (raid or scsi) start its bios? If so, try a diagnostic tool.
