HP-UX 11.11 Patches

Is there a way to obtain individual patches for HP-UX 11.11 without engaging in a support agreement?  A client does not want to invest in a full blown support agreement for this one patch that is needed to potentially resolve a Fortran issue they are running into.

Patch:  PHSS_40802   s700_800  11.11  LIBCL

Please note that patch (individual or bundle) can only be download from HPESC (HPE Support Center) with valid support contract .

Thank you for confirming that a support contract would be needed. Roughly
what are software support contracts going for these days for a single
instance of HP-UX 11.11?
